We are excited to announce that registration for the South Carolina Optimist District 2024-25 1st Quarter Conference is now available on the SCOPtimist.org website! The conference will be held on November 9th at Trinity United Methodist Church in Sumter from 9am to 3pm.
The conference theme is "Pedaling Towards Progress: Building Brighter Futures One Bike at a Time." Join us for an inspiring and action-packed event featuring a special service project led by Tom Lawrence of the Sumter Evening Optimist Club. We will also welcome a guest speaker from Sumter County Safe Kids, who will share valuable information on how Optimist Clubs across South Carolina can partner with local Safe Kids chapters to create safer environments for children.
This year, we are introducing a new Early Bird Rate of $20 for those who register by October 15th. After October 15th, the regular registration price will increase to $25. Additionally, a Late Registration Rate of $35 will apply after the regular registration period ends. The cost of lunch is included in the registration rate.
