2023-24 First Quarter Conference

The room block for Sand Dunes Resort will open on September 1st, 2023.  The cost will be $89 per night plus tax and fees. Meals will be catered by Optimist Jan Dobr. 

Calling Sand Dunes Central Reservations at 1-800-599-9872 and ask for Optimist Club International meeting.

All reservations must be guaranteed by one night- deposit charged to a major credit card at the time of the reservation. Advance deposits will be credited to the last night's stay as indicated by individual reservation request.

On, October 6, 2023, all remaining rooms in the block will be released.

Reservations received after this date will be honored on a space available basis and become subject to prevailing minimum night requirements. Regular room rates may also apply.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES AND SPECIAL BILLING ARRANGEMENTS: Our guest check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. It is suggested that your members and guests plan to arrive after 4:00 PM. Please be assured, however, that every effort will be made to accommodate those guests who arrive at the Sand Dunes Resort, Myrtle Beach, SC prior to 4:00 PM. In the event of planned meetings that exceed 11:00 AM on your day of departure, attendees should be advised in advance of check-out time.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of group room reservations within 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to the loss of your deposit. All no shows will be billed for one night's accommodation.
